Yahoo! News - Some Cubans Fear 'Avalanche' of Tourism while Congress debates loosening restrictions on travel to Cuba. The House passed rules loosening the restrictions and passes the bill to to the Senate. The bill is attached to the budgets for the Treasury and Transportation departments. making it difficult but not unlikely that it could be votoed by President Bush.
