Perry and Bush Avoiding Constitutional Duties.

I wouldn't be as annoyed by the lack of attention given by our leaders if they were Democrats. I've never had great expectatations of them. Both GWB and Governor Perry have turned into Democrats. Don't they realize we are being invaded? They have not acknowledged the issue. By doing so they would acknowledge they would be required to act by the Texas and United States constitutions.

In describing the duties of Governor Article 4 Section 7

He shall be Commander-in-Chief of the military forces of the State, except when they are called into actual service of the United States. He shall have power to call forth the militia to execute the laws of the State, to suppress insurrections, and to repel invasions. (Amended Nov. 2, 1999.)

The United States Constitution. Article. IV. Section. 4.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

By ignoring the action by the Mexican government our President and our Governor are derilict in their dutys.

Now I'm a simple man, and not a constitutional expert, and I'm certainly not a f*&$'n lawyer, but it all seems pretty clear to me,
